EXERPT FROM: "Enclosure 1 to SEA FY07 After Action Review (AAR)"

Supply Excellence Award (SEA) policies and procedural guidance is published in Appendix G, Chief of Staff, Army, Supply Excellence Award, AR 710-2, Inventory Management Supply Policy Below the National Level, dated 8 July 2005. We anticipate minor changes to the SEA program on an annual basis; therefore, Army G-4 will continue to publish an annual competition year guidance message (April/May timeframe) for your use.

SEA participants, at all levels, must comply with the policies and timelines prescribed in the regulation and/or the annual guidance message. Failure to do so will result in elimination from the competition.  All nominations, to include National Guard and Reserve, must be submitted to the SEA team at Fort Lee, Virginia, IAW the AR.
